Responsibilities:
Manage new lead generation and all activities needed to exceed sales targets.
Work well with inside sales team, engineering, and sales management to meet revenue goals of Air Burners, Inc.
Ability to work and communicate efficiently with our inside engineering teams and our customer's engineers to develop new solutions in the wood waste industry.
Proactively meet with prospects and active accounts to generate new opportunities.
Penetrate and develop strong customer relationships with key accounts.
Execute sales plan and the priorities of Air Burner, Inc.
Ability to travel a minimum of 25%.
Minimum Requirements:
Business or Science BA/BS or comparable work experience.
5 years of business to business sales or equivalent proven sales abilities.
Proven track record of managing/building successful relationships in the capital equipment market.
Ability to work independently.
Other Requirements:
Self-starter, abilities to plan visits, prioritize your time, react quickly to opportunities, and provide persistent follow-up.
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge or understanding of wood waste is a plus, but continuous training provided by our Sales Director.
Ability to learn and proficiently utilize a CRM system.
