Responsibilities:
Provide support to Group President on various projects & tasks in support of organizational & operational needs.
Support STS events & conferences with coordination & logistics.
Assist in the development of processes and procedures, related to global travel expenses, resulting in cost savings.
Assist employees on planning and coordinating company travel.
Prepare correspondence, documents & manage inbound mailOrganize conference and meeting room bookingsMonitor, maintain and order office suppliesSupport organization on administrative projects and dutiesAssist in the development marketing projectsCoordinates business travel and conference registrations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma; College preferredKnowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresKnowledge of computers and relevant software applicationBasic knowledge of customer service principles and practicesGeneral Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to provide great customer service to internal / external customersDetail oriented & strong organization skillsReliable, dependable and able to work on confidential projects & tasksRequires an individual that is resourceful and can work autonomously, take initiative and demonstrate excellent follow through.
Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
