prospecting for new business; continuously managing all stages of a structured pipeline for new business opportunities and volume sales developing and implementing high quality strategies for acquiring and advancing accounts and driving profitabilitymanaging accounts by establishing a trusted advisor relationship and hosting regular business reviews with key customers nurturing relationships at all levels (C-level, Engineering, Purchasing, Product Management, etc.
) within those prospects and accountsdeveloping and tracking forecasts, quotas, incentive plans and expense budgetsdriving annual agreement and pricing discussionsworking with insides sales, field application engineers, product management and marketing personnel to drive lead conversion and new business acquisitionThen we may be looking for you! THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE TO CANDIDATES LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAIN OR PACIFIC TIME ZONES OUR NEW REGIONAL SALES MANAGER WILL HAVE:
5 years (minimum) experience in embedded technology outside sales with a record of consistently achieving objectivesExperience managing a multi-state sales territoryWillingness and ability to travel approximately 35% of the time (U.
S.
and occasionally Europe) Demonstrated success in both business development and account management, with experience selling and promoting technology across the authentication marketStrong understanding of workflows and technology used in targeted industriesExperience working with OEMs, system integrators, software manufacturers and channel partnersExperience taking new products, services, and applications to marketBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experienceHigh level of focus and self-motivation, organization, and be analytical and solution focusedHighly effective communication skills including verbal and written EnglishAbility to work independently, but also as part of a team, and cross-functionally within the organizationIT'S A BIG PLUS FOR OUR NEW REGIONAL SALES MANAGER TO ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

The starting base pay for this role is between $95,000 and $120,000.
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
The actual base pay that may be offered is dependent upon many factors, such as:
work experience, location, education, transferable skills, business needs, and any variable compensation considerations.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
